From Trash Panda to Trashed Panda - Catherine - 12-04-2025
Raccoons are affectionately known as Trash Pandas. They get into everything. They get into everywhere too.
This time a Trash Panda came into a store through the ceiling. He intended to sample whatever the store had to sell.
He did sample quite a bit. It was a liquor store! He broke a few bottles and helped himself. The staff in the morning found him passed out in the bathroom, totally trashed. Animal control came and apprehended the vandal. They let him sleep it off and since he seemed okay they returned him to the wild.

Of course that is an urban wild he was released to. I wonder if he will go back to the same store or maybe try others.
Once a raccoon knows how to get in, they are hard to keep out.
