A man posted videos online, of himself, abusing his dog He also stated online that he planned to kill her, online.
The videos were sent to the police. The man was arrested. The dog, a yellow lab named Peaches is in the care of Animal Services.
The man has been charged with a number of offences including causing pain and suffering to an animal and uttering threats against the animal.
He has applied to get his dog back.
He did not get his dog back!

I am glad he was charged. I am even more glad he didn't get the dog back. They have too many videos of him threatening the dog and saying he plans to hurt her or even kill her. He might claim she was well cared for, but there is a lot of video evidence that she is also in danger of abuse from him.
I don't know what will happen to peaches, but I hope there is a loving home in her future. She deserves the best.
