Senior dog's last days turn into a forever home - Catherine - 04-15-2026
A couple took home a senior dog from a shelter so his last days could be in a loving home. Once there, under their care, Rodney
improved. He became more energetic and more engaged in life. His last days have turned into months and the couple have adopted him.

Who knows how much time Rodney has left. A loving home can make a big difference. Rodney now has a reason to live.
I took home a dying budgie and he lived 6 years. I didn't think he would make it through the night.
Older pets need a reason to live. If we can give them a reason, we can give them life.
