Dedicated rescuers free trapped Kangaroo - Catherine - 05-08-2026
A Kangaroo got trapped under a cattle gate. After many hours the kangaroo was still trapped. Wires Wildlife Rescue was called. Two of its dedicated volunteers showed up. It wasn't a simple rescue, but they wouldn't give up. One of the rescuers had to crawl under the gate with the kangaroo who had to be sedated.
When they finally got her free, they stayed until the kangaroo was fully awake and on her way.

That was one lucky kangaroo. She really was trapped and without help she would have died.
I have to wonder how the kangaroo got under the cattle gate and why. We will never know, but at least it all ended well.
