Colombia is having a Hippo crisis. The hippos are the decendents of a drug dealers private zoo. They probably number around 200 animals and they are destroying the ecology of the area. Colombia has talked of culling the Hippos. The situation is desperate.
A Billionaire from India is talking about bringing some of the animals to his property in India.

The Billionaire can only take about 80 animals. That is not even half. It doesn't solve the problem.
What would be the impact of these hippos on India's ecology. Colombia's problem started from a private collection of animals.
Could India end up with the same problem?
I don't know what the solution is, but it needs to be one that fixes the problem, not a solution that spreads the problem to other places.
