Wild Ireland rescues two brown bears - Catherine - 10-25-2026
Bu was a former circus bear who spent her life in a small cage when not performing.
Tyapa lived is a cage so small, he couldn't stand up.
It took five years to finally rescue them, Their cages were so bad, they had to be cut out of them.
The journey itself was long and complicated..
When they arrived they were in terrible shape, but good care and a much better life has done a lot to restore their health.

It may be many years before all the animals that were used in circuses are finally rescued. At least for Bu and Tyapa the wait is over.
They can live out the rest of their lives in a peaceful pleasant place where all their needs will be met.

It would be wonderful to visit a place like this and see all the animals living natural lives as much as is possible for them.
