The goats are a much better solution. They can get into places we can't reach and they don't have the nasty side effects of chemicals. They do provide some healthy natural fertilizer.  People are too foolish and unable to make good choices.

Too bad they don't eat beef steak plants.

Cities could cut the grass and clear the weeds with a few goats. It requires creative thinking and a few goats, but it is sustainable. The same goat can be brought back as needed.  Goats are not toxic to bees. There has never been a product recall on goats.
Goats are friendly loving creatures. You can't name a pesticide that is anything but toxic and poisonous.

Goats win if you are going to make a sensible decision for weed control.
