No more animals to be used in med school training
#1
This is a big breakthrough. No more animals will be used in med school training in Canada and the United States.
They have finally recognized that  there are other ways to learn.

I like to think it will make a difference in the attitude of the doctor who was not involved in animal cruelty just to get through training.

Now if only the military would respond in the same way.

I am very pleased to hear this news. It is very good news. I remember signing 2 or 3 petitions about this. I wonder if the petitions had an effect? Maybe they did!

Yes, the next thing on the agenda is to get the military to stop also.

I am sure the petitions have an effect. They send the message that people find something unacceptable.

Now we need to keep pushing so other countries join the ban and we want the ban to extend to the military, cosmetics and drug testing.

We don't want much. We just want an end to animal cruelty.
