Pet Shops In California Ban Pet Sales.

This is good news. 
It will stop puppy mills from having access to pet stores and it will help shelters find homes for all the strays and  abandoned animals in California. 
Right now there are so many chihuahuas that they are being brought to Toronto for adoption. 
People have still been breeding and selling them to pet stores. This will put a stop to it. 


When pet stores have shelter animals for adoption and have to prove where they are from, the whole situation will change. 
That is how it is in Toronto. Maybe that is why we can take animals from other areas.
