My name is Rhea LaFleur and I recently created a website called fluffur.com. Its aim is to connect college students who may be missing their dogs or who feel they need a therapy dog with students or community members who have dogs. It could also be used to connect seniors who may not have the time or ability to own an animal with a furry visitor!

That's actually really cool. I've heard of a few app like this but for dog play dates. I love the idea of this!

Welcome to the Forum. You have an interesting idea. I can see how it would work for people and their pets.

It could work both ways. Someone needs to spend time with a pet can help someone who wants their pet to have more attention. A lot of seniors would love to spend time with a pet. If the senior has a pet it would be good to have someone help with the pet.  Maybe someone who really wants to walk a dog could walk a dog for a senior who finds it hard to take the dog out. 

I hope the idea catches on.
