Blind rescue dog finds a happy home
#1
Taylor the rescue dog was so badly abused he went blind. Loving care has pulled him through and he now has a loving home.  He also has a "Muffin's Halo for blind dogs. The halo permits Taylor to run around freely with out danger of banging into things. He can run at and bounce off something, but he can't actually hit it.

It is beautiful to see Taylor running around with such confidence. There is no doubt that the halo is the reason. Without it he would hurt himself all the time.
Whoever came up with the halo is brilliant. It lets a dog run freely without fear of being hurt. I hope Taylor has many years of happiness ahead on him.

What a wonderful charity! I will take the liberty of putting in their website. It deserves support:

Saving K9 Lives is an amazing rescue. They take all the really damaged dogs from other shelters. There is no dog so damaged that they won`t try to help somehow.
I notice from the web site that some of their dogs are really in palliative care. They are being given a loving place to die. That is a special thing to do and their palliative foster parents are real angels.

I wish they were not so far away.
