How did the bear cross the road?
#1
In Utah, the bear crossed the road safely on Utah's first ever Wildlife Overpass. Not only did the bear cross the road, so did many other animals. A camera captured deer, moose, porcupines, coyotes, and many others.

It has been shown many times over that wildlife overpasses and tunnels allow for the free movement of wildlife. They can get to the other side of the road without endangering themselves or motorists. Let's hope this is the first of many overpasses in Utah and many other places. When animals are offered a safe way to cross the road they use the safe way. When I think about the number of Jay Walkers I see in the city, clearly animals are smarter than humans. They know how to cross a road safely.
