Air pollution prevents bees from finding flowers
#1
Studies are showing that bees and other pollinators are having trouble finding flowers when air pollution levels are higher. The bees use their sense of smell to find flowers. Pollution blocks that. Pollution also changes how the plants smell. That reduces their ability to be pollinated. Bees can't find them.

One way of the other pollution is getting us. It can make us ill. It can also cut down our food sources. Unpollinated plants don't produce seeds, they don't produce fruit. Unless we reduce pollution levels we are heading in a very bad direction for us and the rest of the planet.
