A man was drowned trying to save his dog.

A couple was walking their dog along a west coast river. The dog went into the water and was swept away.
The man went into the river to try and save him. Both were swept away. Sadly they found both their bodies this morning.

It is sad that they both died. Fast moving streams are so deceptive. You just can't tell how strong the current is. The man did not give a thought to his own safety. He wanted to save his dog. He tried. He is at least with his dog now. I feel sad for his family who have suffered so much loss.
