Just when we thought we knew how dangerous Komodo Dragons are, scientists find out something else that makes them dangerous. They have iron in the enamel of their teeth. That is why they don't wear out. Their teeth are similar to the teeth of carnivorous dinosaurs.
Some of the other big reptiles appear to have iron in their teeth.

Every time they learn something new about Komodo Dragons, it is something that proves they are bigger and stronger.
You have to wonder what else we will find out about them. They are big, they are strong, they are venomous and now they have iron teeth.
Godzilla has nothing on these guys. They are also fairly intelligent.
I still like Komodo Dragons. They are impressive.
