The Boss or bear 122, is one of the biggest grizzly bears in the Bow River Valley.
He was seen in the Canmore area feeding from local fruit trees. It is thought that the Boss is preparing to hibernate.

The Boss wandered through town and no one was hurt. A number of people immediately cut their fruit trees down so he couldn't come back and feed.
Cutting the trees down costs every animal in that ecosystem. It seems kind of mean to deprive the Boss and the other animals the benefits of the trees.
I think we need to learn to share better.
