A plastic bin in the park turns out to be full of cats
#1
Two friends out walking in the park noticed a plastic bin. It seemed to have something moving in it.
When they checked, it was a Mama cat, er half grown daughter and four kittens, about five weeks old.
They contacted the Wake County SPCA. At the shelter they were given food and water and then checked out by a vet.
Then it was off to a foster home. Mom and kittens are doing well. The daughter is more nervous, but getting better.
The kittens will be adopted as soon as they are ready. Mom and daughter will be adopted as a bonded pair.

I am glad they are keeping the mother daughter pair together. Whatever they went through before they were found, they need to share the good times together now.
Good thing they stopped to check on the bin. The cat family had no food or water. It could have ended very badly for them.
