This little piggy went to the Humane Society

Recently a little pig was found wandering in Kitchener, Ontario. The Kitchener, Waterloo and Stratford Perth Humane Society was called and they went out there and rescued him. They brought him back to the shelter and brought him back to health. He is about 6 months and will get much bigger since he seems to be a regular pig. They have no idea where he came from. Now they are searching for the right home for him.

It is not often they find a pig wandering around. He seems fairly tame so maybe he was a pet.
I wonder if someone thought he was a mini pig and when he started growing, they couldn't keep him.
Now they need a local sanctuary to give him a permanent home or a family that can handle a pet pig.
