Appartment Building with communal dog

I would love to live in a place like this. When you rent an apartment you get access to the communal bull dog. What a happy life for the dog.

It is a perfect solution for people who cannot take care of a dog, but still want a dog. And being a dog Emmy has lots of love to go around.

What an interesting thing. Emmy has so many friends. She is a lucky dog.
Good to see that she can't go off the property except with designated people....and that she also has her own 'person' to live with, so she does have a one-to-one relationship.

It seems to be a well thought out idea. Emmy is one person's dog, but that person shares her. You have to live in the building to get a turn with Emmy. I am sure there are many dogs that would love that situation.

There is a dog living in an apartment above me and she acts like I am part of her circle of people. I am sure she would go for a walk with me and be happy about it.
