1,500 dogs are starving in South African valley

The South African valley of a thousand hills is a beautiful place to visit. However for the 1,500 stray dogs who live there it is a nightmare of starvation, illness and injury. KNZ Valley Dogs and Network for Animals are able to deliver one good meal a week. They try to bring medical care, but can't afford to treat all the animals who need help. Efforts are being made to sterilize the dogs in an effort to reduce their numbers. There are not enough resources to do everything that is needed.

This is a sad situation where people are doing what they can, but it is not enough.
Hopefully they will find a sponsor with enough money to help them. Are none of the world's billionaires animal lovers?
How about a few millionaires?
