Shelter dogs in an accident

This is sad. Dogs being transported to new lives in Canada, were in a car accident and some lost their lives.

It is so unfair that with hope for new lives before them they have been scared, injured and even killed. Those are very bleak stretches of highway and it would be easy to have an accident.

I hope they can help the survivors and the drivers.

What a terribly sad thing to happen. Those poor dogs. And the two women will be dreadfully upset. Maybe the SUV had a sudden tyre blow-out or something.

I hope the dogs who ran away are soon found. They will be terrified. If you hear any more news about the dogs being found, let us know.

I will keep an eye on the story. It may take time to find them. They were in an area where there are miles of open fields. Hopefully they will seek people soon. It gets cold there at night and there are coyotes.

It is just so unfortunate that this happened.
