Are Humpback Whales trying to "talk" to us
#1
Humpback Whales have been observed approaching humans and doing odd behavior that might be communication.
Scientists from SETI are involved. They work to communicate with life beyond earth. They also work to communicate with life on  earth.
Humpback Whales use sounds, but they also blow bubble rings. They have already tried to communicate with a whale using whale sounds.
Maybe they are trying to do the same with us.

If we learn to communicate with Humpback Whales, that will change a lot. We will have to acknowledge them as sentient beings.
We will have to change how we treat the oceans. Maybe that is why they are trying to communicate with us. It could be that our ocean friends don't like what we have done to the oceans. They certainly wouldn't like whaling.
I am hoping we can learn to understand the whales. I think we could learn from them.
