What a heart break for you and Baily.  It still seems like it just happened doesn't it.  We  never forget a situation like that. I am not familiar with bloat,  I had no idea it  was so serious. 
I hope Jessie is still doing well. I am so sorry about Baily.

I can go back there at a moment's notice and I'm suddenly in tears.  The helplessness of it all really sticks.  I remember every moment of it.

I hear you. I have been there in similar situations with some of my pets over the years. That feeling of helplessness and loss can come back in a moment. 
Part of me will always wonder if there was anything else I could have done even though I know we did our best.
Some losses will always make us cry.
