Flash flood in Washington DC floods doggie daycare - Catherine - 08-18-2023

Washington DC suffered heavy rain and flash flooding. Sadly a doggy daycare was in the flood area. Some dogs were saved, but ten dogs were lost.
The flood waters rose quickly and a window broke allowing the water to fill the building.
