The special cozy beds and blankets would make any older cat happy.
The stairs to help the cat climb onto the couch would make life easier. 
Think of how frustrating it is for an older cat when they can't jump up and down any more.
Lots of little things make life better. I have some of the wipes, but I use them for my old guinea pig.
I also have a spray shampoo that is for guinea pigs. Having one for an old cat allows for little cleanups which 
are sometimes needed.
It is nice that there are ways we can make our older pets lives better.
