South Africa has set up no fishing zones in the areas when endangered penguins have their breeding grounds.
The fishing industry has depleted the food supply in the areas and the species numbers have dropped dangerously.
Without this intervention the species could become extinct.

Finally, common sense prevails. If the birds are starving, you have to stop taking their food.
If we want species to survive, we have to respect their breeding grounds.
I just hope the Penguins can recover their numbers. I hope the fish can come back soon enough for the penguins to survive.
What they are doing is the right idea. I hope it is enough and in time.
