Three rabbits were used as props in a photo shoot in New York city. After the shoot was over they were just left behind in the park.
Fortunately they were found in time.

These were not wild rabbits. They would not have survived. Turning them loose was a cruel action. Maybe the person who was being photographed was not responsible for what happened, but she did use the rabbits so she should have made sure they were taken care of.
The rabbits should not have been used as props. They are not objects to be used to pretty up a scene. They are living creatures. It would have been a scary stressful experience that ended with they being dumped.
