Pudge the yellow bellied marmot is on the road. He keeps getting into the wheel wells and bumpers of vehicles. He is currently in interior BC.
They are trying to trap him so he can be taken to a safe place, but Pudge has other ideas.

They are not so sure about Roger Marmot. Roger is 18 years old and he lives by the Empress Hotel in Victoria BC.
There is some concern that he should be awake by now. Marmots live 15 years so it is possible that he is not waking up this spring.
