21 cats left outside a shelter

The Lloydminster animal shelter found storage bins outside their facility. They know what that means. There were 21 cats in those bins.
That is leaving the shelter struggling to handle so many new cats at once. They shelter is already looking after a lot of animals.
They are doing their best, but they could use help.

They really needed the people to let them know ahead of time. They could have prepared better for such a large intake.
Not only that, it is illegal to abandon animals like that.
We know the people must have been in trouble and desperate, but they could have worked with the shelter.
