Tattoo shop raises money for local Humane Society

[Catherine]

The team at Discover the Canvas, Tattoo Studio held a fund raiser for the Sault Humane Society. Local businesses helped and people lined up for an hour to participate. They raised almost 7 thousand dollars.

That was a creative fund raiser. People had fun and the shelter was helped.

It looks like they have other fund raisers on the go. It is not easy to keep a shelter going these days. There are so many expenses and so many animals in need.
I am glad this worked out for them.
