Paddlers rescue foal trapped in the Kananaskis river.

Two paddlers came down the river and saw a group of  horses. One horse went into the water and stopped them.
Then they saw the foal trapped in the water, pinned against part of a bridge. They went to work and somehow rescued the foal. 
It took some work after that to reunite the foal with his mother, but they were able to do it.

What a beautiful thing to be able to rescue a young foal like that.
I think the mother went into the water because she knew they would help.
She was right, they did help and it all ended well.
