Sir David Attenborough is 99 years old today. He has had an extraordinary career teaching people about our planet and the amazing creatures that live on it.
He is still doing it. His latest documentary to come out is Ocean: Earth's Last Wilderness. He has also put out a book by the same name.

Few people have done as much for our planet as Sir David. He has tirelessly championed Nature and our planet for many years.
He has made people think about the Earth and all that live on it. He has made us think about how we treat the earth.
He rightly believes that having people know and understand Nature is the key to saving our planet.
It is hard to believe that he is 99 years old. I know he has been around since forever, but he doesn't seem older.
He sounds just as vital and alive. Dare we hope that he has many more years. We certainly need him.
Happy Birthday Sir David, Thank You for all that you have done.
