People showed up to evacuate horses from a fire

There have been a lot of fires in Canada this summer. It is a frightening time for some people. A woman in New Brunswick was told by the police that she had to evacuate. She has a number of horses and other animals. There was no way she had any means of rescuing them. She turned to Facebook and posted about her predicament. People started showing up with horse trailers. Many people showed up and every animal was taken to safety.

You have to love the way people come through in an emergency. When animals are in need of help many good people are there to help.
I know humans mess up and do terrible things, but we also do wonderful things like rescue the animals of a total stranger.
I feel better just knowing that things like this happen.
