The pet supply company, Chewy, grants Christmas wishes to people. Brooke Eby loved to take her dog for a walk. When she developed ALS she ended up in a wheelchair.
Walks with Dray were no longer possible. The leash tangled in the wheels. She wrote to Chewy and they came up with a solution. She can now safely take Dray for a walk. It is one little piece of independence that she still has.

Their solution is very good. The dog walks with the wheelchair, but the leash can't get caught in the wheels.
It might seem like a little thing, but when you are losing your independence one thing at a time, just being able to walk the dog really matters.
It matters to the dog too. He still gets his walk time with his person.
