A basket of puppies was left on a deserted road

It was just chance that two people were biking down a deserted road and spotted a puppy. That led to the discovery of a basket of puppies.
They were cold and hungry and scared. Now they are warm and safe because they were found in time.

Whoever did this not only abandoned the puppies, they did it so that they were unlikely to be found in time.
Even over night in the cold would have been too much for them. Good thing there are people like the Dallas Dog Rescue Rehab Reform.

I can see that the puppies are in good hands.

There is just no excuse for abandoning puppies like that. If they didn't want the puppies or couldn't keep then, there are places that will take them
without putting their lives at risk.
