Recently, I started riding horses as a hobby. So, I wanted to know the answer to this question.

I think the cost would depend on where you live. You would have to research in your own location.
Are you in an area that produces food for horses. Can you graze your horse or does it need to be fed most of the year.
I would think the cost of housing a horse must vary a lot too.
