Hi everyone! I'm Ann, and I'm genuinely thrilled to be here!

I’ve been on the lookout for a space filled with curiosity, kindness, and good conversation  and something tells me I’ve found it. Whether it’s swapping stories, sharing knowledge, or simply connecting over mutual interests, I’m all in.
A bit about me: I’ve always had a soft spot for animals  from furry companions to the fascinating wild ones. I love diving into new ideas and hearing different perspectives. Community means a lot to me, and I’m a firm believer that we’re better when we learn together.

Hello Ann, welcome to the forum. We are all animal lovers here and love to talk about our animal friends.
We try to cover a range of topics and always welcome new ideas.

So what kind of animals do you share your life with?
I have a variety of pets, mostly rescues. In particular I have a rescue guinea pig who was nearly 7 when I took him in.
Pumba is now 7 1/2 and is doing just fine for an old man. He may be old, but he knows what he likes and he knows how he likes things done.
He is so particular that it is actually very funny. He wants his plate of veggies to be placed exactly where he wants it, but it is never the same place twice.
I always have to ask him where he wants his plate this time. He is so cute.
I know at his age I won't have a lot of time with him, but every moment is so precious and I cherish them all.
