Dumped puppy spends Christmas with foster family.

Someone dumped a box of puppies outside in the cold and wet on a canal tow path. There were three little dachshund puppies, but one was already dead.
Raven's rescue took them in and cared for them. Sadly a  second puppy didn't make it. That left Comet, the last survivor, to carry on alone. 
She went into foster care and had a wonderful Christmas with her new people.

Raven's Rescue is asking for information about who dumped the puppies. They should be charged.
They could have taken the puppies to any number of places. They could even have dumped them somewhere safe and warm.
What they did gave two of the three puppies a miserable death. It is amazing that Comet made it. She is so cute and so is her sister who died.
There is never a good reason to dump puppies like this. I hope they catch them.
I hope Comet ends up with the best forever home ever.
