Grocery bag left outside shelter door. Guess wht it contained

A grocery bag was tied up an left outside a shelter door. Guess what was in the bag. I will give you a hint. It wasn't groceries. 
Eight kittens! That is what was in the bag. They were two weeks old and being left outside like that was hard on them.
Fortunately the shelter staff and volunteers are dedicated and caring. The kittens are all being raised in foster homes.

The kittens are going to be fine because of the caring people ho found them. That is no thanks to the person who left them.
If they had been outside much longer without care, things might have ended badly.
The message is always the same: DO NOT ABANDON ANIMALS!
They could have been dropped off. The person was at the shelter door.
Even a call to tell the shelter the kittens were there would have been better than nothing.
This time the kittens were lucky.
