Another Marineland whale has died since the move.

Sadly, a fourth Marineland Beluga whale has died since they were moved.
Three  died at the Chicago Shedd Aquarium. The other Whale died in Spain at the oceanographic Valencia.

They still have to determine the cause of death, but the whales were not in good shape when they were moved.
A number of whales had already died at Marineland before they started moving them.

The conditions at Marineland were never good for the whales.
After the site was closed the whales stopped making money. I have
to wonder what kind of care they got after that. Sadly more of the whales will probably die.
At least Marineland is closed and no more animals suffer there.

The story is not over and the ending is not a happy one. Now a dolphin has died.
Also necropsy results show that the whales had significant health issues that had existed for some time.

We knew the whales were not well looked after at Marineland. It makes sense that they had chronic health issues.
Could this be why Marineland wanted to euthanize the whales? They didn't want us to know the whales were unwell.
I just wonder how many more will die.
