Most shelter dogs have found their homes, but each of the shelters in Saskatchewan has a dog that has waited a long time. These are beautiful, loving dogs, but no one ever chooses them. Hopefully making this public will help these dogs find homes.

Adopting an animal is a beautiful thing to do. Even more beautiful would be to seek out a long term resident at a shelter and give that animal a home.
I adopted a guinea pig just because he had been at the shelter for a year. He was so much fun and I wish I had more time with him.
Rescuing a long term shelter resident Would make the animal's life so much happier and in return it will make your life happier.
Even the shelter staff will feel better. Everybody wins.
