Whale dies at Vancouver Aquarium

Aurora had been free and happy in the cold Arctic Ocean and they forced her into captivity in a small aquarium. She had many babies that died. Then when she finally had a daughter to keep her company she lost her too. It is a sad life and it ended in her sad death.
It clearly doesn't work out to keep Beluga Whales like that. That is reason enough to stop doing it.

Also what gives us the right to imprison an intelligent creature like that, for the rest of her life, for our entertainment. We do not treat convicted murderers that way. We don't put them on show. Why would we do that to a Whale who has done nothing wrong.

It is time to end all whale captivity.
