What a horrible and cruel thing to do to a little pup. I can't load the video, so am not sure of the full story. It appears he handed himself in and confessed to police, but I don't know why. Is that because he felt bad about it, or because it helped his case?
I am so glad that little dog is safe. Thanks to the person who was observant enough to hear its cries. Happily it didn't stay there very long and was rescued quickly, so it didn't have to suffer much. But goodness knows what it did suffer living with that man....even for one day.
