Canada Geese try to steal Eagle's nest

Two very bold Canada Geese tried to take over an Eagles nest. They were actually occupying the nest. The Eagles have used the nest for years found them there and chased them off. Canada Geese are aggressive birds, but they are no match for a pair of Eagles.

A group of bird watchers were there and witnessed the whole thing.

Bird watching can be very exciting. You never know what might happen. I know Canada Geese are very dominate birds, but I still find it hard to believe they would try and take an eagle's nest. The eagles won because they were flying at the geese. I don't know about geese on the ground. When a goose told me it wanted my picnic spot, I moved.....and fast.
