Nova Scotia Whale Sanctuary could get first residents

Sadly, France has rejected the idea of the two whales coming to Canada.

This would have been such a good location for them. The Nova Scotia sanctuary will go ahead without them. Who knows where the whales will end up. They could easily die while they wait for humans to make a decision. They shouldn't have been captives in the first place.
