A 16 year old Howler Monkey and a 6 year old Capybara have become good friends at the Denver Zoo. In the wild they would never connect with each other.
They are from the same part of the world, but Howler Monkeys live in trees and capybaras like marshy grasslands and swamps.

It is sweet to see them together. Sometimes unlikely friendships happen. They are two girls on their own and they have enough sense to stick together.
We could learn from them.
