Rescuing and adopting Greyhounds

I've always wanted to adopt a retired greyhound. They are so sweet and loving it's sad they don't really get a chance to have a good life unless by some miracle they are saved by a rescue group. All their life they are kept in a kennel next to other greyhounds. Only taken out to run or race. Then when they are retired they are thrown away like trash cause the big boss man can't make any money off of them. It's so sad.
