How very sad and horrible. I hope the animals wil recover well.
It makes you wonder -how could the 'owner' live on the same property as these animals, and allow this to happen?? The person had 30 dogs sharing the same house with them! Couldn't they see what dreadful state they were all in? Surely if they were in their right mind, they would have just tried to bathe or clip SOME of them, if not all? Even if it had all become overwhelming for them. But not to have been able to see....and not to have even made the effort....
