This is a little different type of topic but it's recently been on my mind.
The age old story vampire are bitten by bats. Werewolves by wolves.
I've been watching the Underworld movies lately and it's started me thinking. If anything the vampires act more like cats rather than bats. Which is the case with most vampire movies I've seen and books I've read. Which in my mind makes more sense then a bats. Vampires and werewolves are always at odds with each other. Typical cat vs. dog scenario. And like I said before Vampires in movies always seem more cat like with their hissing and agile leaps.
Anyone else feel the same?
