Dog park for homeless women's pets

The program is called Fences for Fido and it is partnered with a Safe Haven program that allows homeless women who live in their cars to park in a church parking lot. They also get to use the church's facilities, kitchen, bathroom and Wi Fi.
Fences for Fido is an off leash dog park that the women can use to let their dogs have a good run. After all, living in a car is not easy for a dog either.

This is such a good use of land and buildings and it really provides the help these women need. It recognizes how important pets are to homeless women and it provides help to make the dog's lives better.  

I really hope their are other places that are providing help like this. This is the kind of help that is needed.
